PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:

We live in a world filled with constant distractions — from social media and endless notifications to background noise that never seems to stop. These interruptions don’t just affect our daily lives; they also pull our hearts and minds away from God.

This inspiring presentation will explore how these distractions impact our prayer and will introduce simple, proven methods to quiet our minds, focus our hearts, and deepen our relationship with the Lord.

Together, we will practice different forms of prayer, take time for personal reflection, and share in small group conversation.
